A smart approach to a new living concept

A residential complex of 10 apartments, unique being destined for greatness located at 368 Rokeby Road in the heart of Subiaco, offers a new concept of social living.

Offering a sense of community alongside a place for sanctuary, Golestani Developments’ The Rokeby is a project which salutes progressive urban design and architecture through the delivery of spaces that draw from and give to their surroundings.

A new housing concept that coexists in the environment and enhances its characteristics and peculiarities.

A scale boutique, The Rokeby defines a contemporary approach to living offering timeless elegance. Perth's architects, Matthews and Scavalli, have created a strong and unique aesthetic that integrates and contributes to the urban fabric, articulating a single form through connecting corners.

The housing complex consistes of ground floor parking, 3 levels and a loft terrace. Modern construction techniques used to best manage a very tight site, limited access and a busy traffic location.

The apartments have two or three bedrooms and are highly detailed, entirely oriented to enhance the usefulness of space.

Realized respecting Subiaco's heritage, maintaining the style and qualities of a modern design. In fact, the original balcony will be renovated and extended with an innovative structure.

Jayden Black of JDB Builders once again chooses products branded by Eterno Ivica: for this project, the choice fell on Eterno SE0 line supports with tilting head with an installation solution for plank flooring defined with wooden joists, for a total of 200 square metres.

The special design of the head, with side fins, offers the possibility to easily and quickly fix any type of substructure.

This kind of support also offers excellent self-levelling performance thanks to the tilting head, which compensates slopes of up to 5%, so that a perfectly flat floor can always be achieved without any additional devices or accessories.

Regarding this kind of supports the client say "With the Eterno Ivica Self-Leveling Support, we've not only saved time and money, but we've also delivered a premium solution that our clients are thrilled with. The advantages it offers on the construction site are tremendous, from the ease of installation to the durability of the materials used.

We chose flooring solution that goes above and beyond. Our clients benefit from significant time savings due to the system's unique installation process, minimal components, and robust materials. Plus, the Eterno Ivica support guarantees a long-lasting and stable floor for years to come.
We've transformed the challenges of working with raised wooden planks into a seamless experience. By opting for our innovative system, our clients enjoy the benefits of quick and hassle-free installation, along with a visually stunning and highly functional result."
