A coral project that, through a series of focused meetings, tells the story of the transformations taking place in the city. A critical look at the city of Milan and its regeneration, creating an annual observatory on urban transformation in anticipation of the 2026 Winter Olympics and the 1923-2023 anniversary: combining the city's suburban municipalities.
The event occur in collaboration with Dodecaedro Urbano/Urbanfile e Alessandra Coppa.
The first date, in which Eterno Ivica will participate, is dedicated to the Territory of Lambrate, a historical neighborhood of Milan that, since the time of its aggregation in 1923, has been suggested to many transformations while maintaining a strong identity.
The meeting aims is to analyze how past transformations have changed the neighborhood and its future potential, also in relation to the major regeneration efforts underway, both through public interest projects such as Magnifica Fabbrica and through private investors who have chosen this urban area.
An event dedicated to the redevelopment of the area, in one of the most striking cities in Italy, a nerve center of design and image of an ideal lifestyle. Due to the presence of relevant representative of the city of Milan, the practices to be implemented so that new real estate developments can integrate on an area such as Lambrate without distorting it, will be analyzed.
