At the Fuorisalone 2026, Eterno Ivica took part as a key player with three installations that explore the relationship between technology, matter, and architecture from different perspectives.
In the heart of the Brera Design District, together with ATI Project, we presented CLIMAX at Architexturexpo, hosted at Fondazione Matalon. The project redefines the role of technical components: from hidden elements to architectural and aesthetic protagonists. The installation stems from the reuse of Eterno Ivica raised floor support components, reinterpreted as architectural modules capable of generating a new visual narrative. Two opposing yet complementary forms meet at a point of contact, creating a material bond that represents the evolving relationship between designer and project. Technical matter, originally conceived to support and build, becomes an expressive and symbolic language, resulting in a true manifesto.
As technical sponsor of MATERIAE, the exhibition by Interni Magazine in the Courtyard of Honour of the University of Milan, we contributed to a highly symbolic installation. MATER transforms construction debris into relational space, forming a sixteen-meter-diameter ring that is both ruin and architecture, boundary and shelter. Inspired by reconstruction themes, the project reflects on matter as memory and possibility. At its center, the exhibition platform showcases our technology, made visible through a LED-backlit glass section revealing the engineering core: PRIME® NEW MAXI adjustable supports, GRID PLUS, and cross spacers.
Finally, we partnered with MoscaPartners for the site-specific installation Metamorphosis in Motion at Palazzo Litta, designed by architect Lina Ghotmeh. A 17-meter-per-side pink maze composed of 18 modules follows the geometry of the historic courtyard, contrasting with its Baroque architecture. The pathways guide visitors through spaces for interaction, reflection, and immersion, enriched by sound and olfactory experiences. At its core, our raised floor substructure—based on NMB5 supports with joist heads—forms the invisible yet essential infrastructure enabling the entire installation.
