Raised floor technology offers tangible, effective, versatile and immediately appreciable advantages: it allows easy management of the passage of cables, pipes and machinaries, a rapid inspection of the underfloor, and effective rainwater drainage.
Raised floors, due to the presence of independent elements, allow the absorbtion of expansion and structural movements, avoiding in this way the formation of cracks in the waterproof covering. Therefor, the screed absence substantially reduces the weight burden on the structures, while offering high load-bearing capacity.
