Business Developer - North America

Eterno Ivica Srl based in Padua (Italy) and a leading manufacturer of products and solutions for outdoor raised flooring and building and architectural accessories, is seeking a Business Developer - North America to develop and consolidate the brand’s presence across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Developer - North America to grow and manage our sales network and customer portfolio. Reporting directly to the Export Sales Management in Italy, the main objective will be driving market growth across North America while working in close synergy with our existing distribution network. As a brand ambassador for Eterno Ivica, you will be responsible for translating North American market potential into a structured, highly recognizable, and widespread commercial presence. We are looking for an individual who can drive business growth while making a tangible contribution to building and consolidating the Eterno Ivica brand in North America by establishing a solid network of professionals, clients, and qualified installers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new leads, commercial opportunities, and sales channels in collaboration with existing distributors.
Strengthen the Eterno Ivica brand presence and recognition in the North American market.
Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, dealers, and industry professionals.
Support the existing distribution network in sales, promotional activities, and territory development.
Build and scale a network of certified Eterno Ivica installers through technical training and direct support.
Participate in sales visits, trade shows, networking sessions, and industry events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Proven track record in commercial roles, business development, or area management.
Strong capabilities in business development, networking, and relationship management.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel frequently.
Prior experience in the building, outdoor, decking, landscaping, roofing, or raised flooring sectors is preferred.
Residence in the United States is preferred to ensure a continuous presence in the region.
